-It's started by someone with a username containing a GLO that that person is not a member of. (i.e. WannaBeAnAKA, FutureKD, etc.)
-The thread title starts with "What is the reputation of..."
-The thread asks for the meaning of something known only to members of a GLO. (i.e. "What is AOE/what is AOT/what is the meaning of everything on the crest")
