I need to stop checking to see if they've posted any new information. It's getting to be borderline obsessive!

Wow, it's kinda like the Columbus method - seek and you will find who you are looking for, lol.

GTau has all new people except for our HAS. Out of the 7 positions, I know 6 of them. Our new PD lives in Fla; everyone else lives in Ga. We have a new Area Coordinator; hate to lose our past one, but this one is great, too!

Maybe they can help me with the CA search.

Just noticed....they don't have the Risk Management Specialists listed.

(Yea to our GC VSTers!)

Yeah Lynn, GT's new AC is an awesome lady. I first met her at the 2001 Convention in Atlanta. I headed for the pool before I had to be at anything official and she and her daughter were there. I just "felt" that she was an Alpha Gam so I asked if her she was and we ended up chatting for a long time. She's wonderful.

Look carefully at the org chart. There aren't Risk Management Specialists anymore.

And WOW! They filled my open PD spot with someone I suggested. I had NO clue if she would be interested and I haven't even met her personally. We always miss each other. But, here's the story.. she is in my family tree from Zeta Alpha, way high up in my family tree. She was friends with all of the women who were our advisors when I was a collegian and I heard her name ALL the time. At Convention 2004, when they were announcing generations of legacies present, she was there with her mother, grandmother and daughter. When I heard the name, I went racing to find her, only to find out that she had actually left Convention that morning. Too funny. Ah well, I will be working with her now and hopefully will get to meet her at Duquesne! I have met her daughter at least...

I did but I'm still confused, lol.

So who approves the contracts that we used to send to the RMS?

I'm not sure who they decided will do this, but it was agreed that it was a small enough task that the PD or AC could probably do it. The PD used to have to approve all contracts AND all FEPFs for 7 chapters and that was a lot more work. With smaller provinces, it should be fine. It's essentially a matter of making sure that one clause isn't included.

Yes, you got two of my "current" provinces. Most of them are pretty good with Finance. Your PDs are excellent and so is your AC. You have a great team to work with.. very experienced, very knowledgeable women who have been volunteering for a long time. Your AC has been my role model and mentor since I was a collegian and she was our PDU (yeah, that was 23 years ago now..lol).
