But there isn't a college Panhellenic there - there's only one NPC sorority.
That said, Corina, while you wouldn't have to obey every little rule that NPC lays down (because you're not part of an NPC sorority yet), you shouldn't be doing anything blatantly against them or the spirit in which those rules were created. For instance, badmouthing the other sororities on campus (not that you'd do that - it's just an example).
And, of course, once you do affiliate with a national sorority, you will have to adopt the NPC UAs and form a college Panhellenic.
The point is that right now, you have some leeway that you may not have once you affiliate.
