We do Chicago for our theme night, it's fun. The only down side is that when ever I watch the movie Chicago, I end up singing our version of all of the songs, lol. Before Chicago, my Chapter did The Wizard of Oz, I wasn't around for that though. There are skits in the sisters/private side of the AOII website too. I think they're under the officer resource library page.

I have looked on incircle and we have done AOII and the City and Grease in the past and I was really looking to doing The Wizard of Oz this year! But I cannot find a copy of the script! Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a copy? Thanks so much!
 Roses,
 Kristin

				Looking for help

Hey Ladies,My chapter has decided that they want to do a classic movie night theme and being one of the theatre majors, the idea got passed onto me. Any ideas on which movies to look at?
 Thanks and Alpha Love,

			Hi Karissa <waves wildly!!!!>
If you haven't already you know I'm going to suggest asking your recruitment adviser, CNS and MRC for help with theme selection! Why reinvent the wheel when it might already be out there for you to adapt to IIA?
Other things to think about include what type of atmosphere are you trying to set for that round? Are you going for light and humorous, fun and friendship or a more serious message? Will this theme be for Open Houses, Philanthropy, or skit night--or used to tie the entire week together?

Hey Chris!!!We've talked to the MRC about the themes for the nights and Skit Night is the only one that we're reinventing. For the last few years, we've done an AOII version of Chicago that rocked, but it's getting a little old around here.
In the past, skit night is was hurts us, or what helps us so we know that it has to be good. We're probably going for a combination of everything, light and humorous with fun and friendship and a serious message of sisterhood. The classic movie theme is for Skit night. U of L still hasn't gone No Frills, so we still have skits. Some of our advisors can't believe that with our campus community that we still haven't gone to No Frills.

I wonder if there's something like an AOII Academy Awards type skit out there somewhere? That might be really easy to adapt for your chapter while using the "Classic Movies" theme. Or if the Wizard of Oz skit can be located, that might really fit the theme idea. You can ask your CNS to spread the word for you in the Network about what type of skit you're looking for and if it's out there someone will share (same goes for Krissi334!)

I would LOVE to do the Wizard of Oz. I'm kinda obsessed with it and Wicked lately. But some ladies feel that we should go in another direction. It would be awesome if they would let me know. lol
Panhellenic is talking about taking away all wall decorations, but they haven't voted and made the final decision yet. All of the chapters on campus are having to plan with wall decorations and without just in case.

Gosh Let me dig around in the basement. We did the Wizard of Oz back ... well ... you never ask a lady her age!
Let me see if I have it downstairs. Meanwhile, I can't believe that there isn't a copy out there somewhere - have you asked on the inCircle board specifically for this?
