I noticed you mentioned in your recruitment thread that the pref ceremony was part of what did it for you. That takes me back! I remember that at my Alpha Xi pref ceremony, I felt like they were making me feel like a part of the sisterhood, whereas my other top choice made me feel like I was "on inspection" for the last time during rush. We do have a beautiful pref ceremony.
