I am just curious as to how many practiced what you were going to say to the rushees? My chapter did not do this, instead we spent hrs (many hrs) going through the slides of each girl, memorizing her hometown, what she looked like etc... This helped us get to know the rushees but it sometime made for a long day b/c we would have 600 girls go through
