If she is going from nursing school to a 4-year school, would she be taking undergrad or graduate level courses? If grad level, then very few NPC groups accept grad students as new members. If undergrad, her ability to be successful during recruitment depends on the school, honestly. Without know which school, there's no way to give you an answer.
