Hiro's dad has at least one more episode. One in which he talks with HRG, who apparently also knows Japanese.
The word was that 2 characters would die. Now assuming the doctor/Claire's fake bio-dad wasn't one of them we still have 2 Hero deaths coming.
Linderman has been cast and isn't anyone we've seen on the show so far.
He will be played by Malcolm Mcdowell

lol No silly, the real inside joke was the mention of Bozeman, Montana. THAT is where Zephram Cochrane flew the first warp vessel and made first contact with extra terrestrial life... aka Vulcans.

And I am still waiting for some radio station to play "Hero" in the background.

So for those of you following with the Primatech paper storyline (outside of the show) Hana says Plan A starts next week (this show?) and there are some voicemails posted on her website that people have "left" for HRG. They're rather entertaining.
