You can do a lot with a theta pin with the exception of the twin stars on our badge. The twin stars must be diamonds. Or you you can have diamonds with a gem stone on the tips of the kite or pearls with a gem stone on the tips of the kite. or you can rotate diamonds and gems or pearls and gems.
