I don't know how pref is at her school, but if it's a dinner type thing, I would tell her to go to all three just to avoid eating in the cafeteria. A lot of the freshman girls in my school would do this. Plus pref parties are fun.

At her school pref parties are held after 9 pm and are usually a ceremony with light snacks. She'd still have to eat in the cafeteria.
