Do we know if any of the Apprentice's are Greek?

I had a feeling Michelle was going to crack under pressure. She just wasn't cut out for that kind of responsibility, I guess.
It's funny because right when she resigned, my friend called me and he was LIVID. He tried out for The Apprentice: LA and was obviously pissed that this stupid girl flat out resigned like that. "But that could have been my spot instead!!!! She QUIT!" Um, okay C.

You know, I kind of see her point. She was clear that she didn't want to sleep outside in a tent, with all the (dis)comforts that come with living outside.
I have to agree with her. It's not what she signed up for.
And it's a stupid idea, IMHO. Just really annoying. Thank God I have Tivo, because I am fastfwding through all the scenes of the other team, living it up. I mean, who really cares? Let's see some competition!

I understood where she was coming from. None of them "signed up" for the "punishment" they have been given. They weren't expecting it based on the previous four (or is it five) seasons.
The problem really stemmed from the fact that she didn't really have a choice on being the PM. When Trump asked her, she was right, she really couldn't say no. Yes, she was whimpy on making decisions, but seriously why should she. She knew from the get go that her team didn't want her there. I'm sure they fought her on some of the issues (but they didn't show it).
Plus, some people would rather "quit" than be fired. With quitting you can walk away and say to a future employer a line of like "it wasn't challenging me enough" instead of "I was fired". I'm much rather quit than be fired. But that is just me.
I really thought it was stupid that Trump was arguing with her. Seriously, you can't force someone to continue "working" for you.

So I thought the first episode was okay, but holy hell, this show not only jumped the shark it's doing double-dutch with the shark.
I think Michelle was crazypants, and I'm pretty sure that I'm not the special type of wussy who would cry and freak out about camping in LA, BUT if I had the slightest inkling I was being disrespected to the extent the candidates of the losing team are being disrespected by Stupid the Don and his offspring, I'd be out of there in a second without the asskissery and excuses Michelle gave when she quit.
Nothing they're doing this season has anything to do with finding the best person to work any sort of legitimate job, and that's really too bad.

Yes and no. You're right -- it's not really a job interview. If it were, Michelle would be perfectly justified in saying "Mr. Trump, the purpose of a job interview is for you to see if I would be right for your organization and for me to see if your organization would be right for me. I have come to the conclusion, after living through the insanity so far, that this organization is not right for me, so thank you for your time." There would be no talk of "quitting" or getting fired, because you don't quit or get fired from an interview.
But to say it wasn't what she signed up for? Sure it was -- you signed up for a reality TV show driven by ratings and engineered by one of the "hugest" egos around. One has to expect "twists" in a reality show. You want to be on a reality show, you deal with it.
Frankly, Michelle, who had done a terrible job as PM, lost me when she complained about sleeping in the "freezing" weather. She was in LA in the summer or fall, for pete's sake. She also blew it, as far as I was concerned, by completely failing to realize that she might very well be setting one of her teammates up to be fired. If she really wanted out, she should have waited.
As for the shark being jumped, it definitely has been. But I'm sure that's Martha Stewart's fault or Rosie O'Donnell's fault.

Marissa actually stood a chance because both Aaron and Trump's assistant (WTF is his name again?) were actually supporting her, calling her spirited and such.
She probably wouldn't have been fired if she just knew how to shut her damn mouth.
Glad to see that Arrow's finally moved into the mansion.
They need to get Heidi out of there. I'm not quite digging her. And Muna. Maybe it's her accent that's bugging me, but I swear I didn't know she could speak until last night's episode.

Heidi is also starting to royally pick me. She's starting to come across as a "know it all" with a sense of entitlement.
Donald's assistant is Sean the British guy.
