In college it was always my dream to write a ramen noodle cookbook--I guess I should have just come to GC!
I hardly ever eat the soup--just the noodles. In college, I would mix the noodles with cream of mushroom soup and a little water for more of a "casserole" style.
RIP Ramen Man. Thanks for keeping me full over winter vacations when the cafeteria was closed.
