Hi yall!
I just got back from AUSTIN for New Years! It was a fun time...for the most part. I got to spend 4 days with my sweetie before I move down there on the 13th!
We went to 6th street. The first bar we tried to get into they wouldn't accept my out of state driver's license!
They wanted another form of ID or a major credit card. Me, being the idiot that I am, left my purse at home (on purpose) so I had nothing but my driver's license and Will's money. So then we walked around some more and finally settled on a club where there was a $20 cover and rang in the new year there.
The worst part of the evening was that Will's car was broken into and they stole his cd player and radar detector. How they did it amazes us because the alarm didn't go off and the doors were still locked when we got in. They even by-passed the girl's purse we went with (which was sitting in plain view in the back seat). Oh well
