Per Fowler's Modern English Usage (2nd Ed. 1965), any of the following would/could be correct for passive voice, past tense:

"I was awakened by the noise."

"The noise wakened me." (rare, though, and therefore not preferred.)

"I was wakened by it."

"I was woke by it." (not preferred)

"I was woken by it."

My Random House Unabridged does have "woken" in it.
