Congratulations -- no question who the better team was in this game. Even had our first string QB played the whole game (or even the second string QB), I don't know that it would have made much difference.

After going through years of losing seasons, I'm just happy to see us in the game at all.

Yeah, it's nice to see some different MAC teams in the bowl games for once. Congrats to Ohio for a great year. Both Central and Ohio U. had been down for as long as I can remember.

The last time Ohio won the MAC was 1968 -- when I was there.

At least the "new" president (he's been there a couple of years) is an O.U. grad, athlete and fraternity man (actually, he was a pledge brother of the quarterback when we won the conference back then), so maybe things will get better for the program.
