We learn remedies before consideration and bargaining, not sure if thats a localized thing or not.

You're talking contracts, right? We learned consideration first. My contracts professor is awesome, so I'm just going to trust that he's leading us in the right direction.

can someone tell me if macs are compatible with that software that they use to take exams?

ExamSoft is compatible with Macs, that's the only one I know about.

I dont remember the name of the software on my campus, but its not compatible with my mac.

SofTest, which most law schools use (and most state bars use if they let you take your exam via computer) is NOT Mac compatible. I'm pretty sure even the new Macs that can run Windows aren't compatible.

Most of my Mac friends just get a loner computer for exams, or one of my friends went online and got an old IBM thinkpad for $100 and uses that for exams.
