Old thread, but I like it.
I pledged undergrad 15 years ago. I guess I feel like this. If a brother isn't made right, it's kool. It just bothers me a little knowing what me and my 5 sands did for 16 weeks, and then to see a brother come in on a new program. I still respect him like the next brother, because we are in the same fraternity. I guess since I'm a lot older now, I look at what he's doing for the fraternity right now, not what he did to get in. 15 years ago? Yeah, then, to me it was all about how hard a brother was and what his pledge period was like.
