I went to go watch 48 last night and they didn't have it listed. I know, I saw it already, but I just wanted to be refreshed.

It almost sounds like kids singing...but it is very catchy!

Episode 48 finally appeared. This is my first season watching The Wire. I was in awe when I saw Omar full frontal at the beginning of the season. I did not know they show men like that on HBO except on porn. I noticed the little girl in Randy's (and them) class with braids (a few episodes back). Is she supposed to be Snoop's sister? I know before Naymond switched classes he told Snoop her sister was in his class. Wow this show is getting intense, I cannot wait till next week.

Someone differently sings the theme each season. This season it is a group called DoMaJe. There is a link below on Wikipedia discussing the music.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wire_(TV_series)#Music
The second link is HBO where you can supposedly buy the song through iTunes. I didn't find the version by DoMaJe.
http://www.hbo.com/thewire/music/sea...pisode39.shtml
Third link has a sample of the song. If anyone know how to make a ring tone from this site please let me know.

Yo.... is Cheese (Method Man) Randy's father?
On Wikipedia and HBO.com their last names are both Wagstaff. I noticed this a few weeks ago.

[COLOR="Purple"]This was the best part for me. It was very personal for Chris. I personally think Michael was molested by his stepfather prior to him being incarcerated, probably the reason he was in jail in the first place. Because Michael never wanted his stepfather to touch him or his little brother. He would always send him away from his father whenever he came around. Then, right before Chris beat the living daylights out of his stepfather, he kept asking him about liking little boys and having sex with men in jail. Most likely Chris was molested as a child too, probably was the reason why be beat him to a pulp without waiting to take him the vacants.COLOR]

Yeah, I think he was molested before his bro's dad went to prison. However, I he didn't go to prison for that. If you remember, when his mother first brought him home, Michael asked his mom why he was living there, and she told him that the guy was a changed man, and that he went to prison for drugs. So obviously, his mother knew her son was molested and didn't do a thing about it.
