Although, I have to admit that I think Sean Preston is absolutely adorable. If her kids are the one good thing she got out of the marriage, so be it.

Now, maybe instead of worrying about her dumbass hubby she can work at being a better mom (ie. don't drive with your kid on your lap).

In what may signal a custody battle to come, Kevin Federline filed a response Wednesday to wife Britney Spears's divorce claim in L.A. Superior Court.

In the surprisingly quick reply, Federline, like Spears, has made a claim for sole custody of their kids, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James (born Sept. 12), with visitation rights for Spears.

This disgusts me. I can't believe he's seeking sole custody.

What about his first two kids? Oh that's right, Shar's not worth $30 million so who gives a shit about them, right?

I don't know how he can even be out in public like that and think he has what it takes to be a celebrity in his own right. If anything, he's the laughingstock of all of Hollywood and no one's ever going to take him seriously now.

Earlier on TVGuide channel they showed the footage from Exposed of him getting an upsetting message via text message. It wasn't as dramatic as I wanted it to be. The critics mentioned the KFed has been quoted saying that due to his career he'll need to be away from his kids a lot but that's just something that has to happen. They felt that would come back to bite him. They also said that supposedly the prenup gurantees $300,000 per month for half the amount of time they were married. They've been married 25 months. That works out to be $3,750,000. Not bad for two years!

Best Week Ever says that it's only $30,000 a month for half the time they were married. Plus any gift over $10,000 needs to be returned to the buyer.
