Well, I would ask for you, but not being an officer i'd feel out of place w/o talking to the whole chapter. I bet they would love it though....
Unfortunately, events have forced me to take a semester off
But post on here when you'll be down there, if you'll be down there and i'll make the best effort i can to come visit that week or weekend or whatever...i've already told all the guys that i would be down an awful lot.
I believe that having someone who knows good ways to rush would benefit our chapter TREMENDOUSLY! I mean, our last rush got us 5 quality men initiated, though we had hoped for more to be able to get the ball rolling on campus. A lot of other fraternities still think we are gonna die rather quickly (i'd like to see their faces when they finally realize we're here for the long haul).
We're already making long term plans, but I don't believe that all of the brothers are properly motivated to see this thing out. Yes, all of them are extatic when we give someone a bid and they accept, and they are just so happy when they finally get to know them, but last rush i got the feeling that some of them weren't even really trying to bring people to rush events.
Anyway, like i said let me know when you head down there and i'll do my best to come those days and show my support as well...the only way i wouldn't be able to come is if i already had plans that i absolutely couldn't break.
