Speaking about Greeks at College Fair - help!

I have always liked the fact that women who join have an oppurtunity to be real leaders, like the President or event heads. In many situations, like SGA and so on, women usually take a secretary position or anything but President, but sorority life gives us the experience needed to take on other roles too.
I know there are always exceptions, like ECU's new SGA President, but she is an AOPi, and she has gotten a lot of leadership through chapter life that now helps her run ECU SGA!
