Male or Female? Which Do You Prefer

I like male bosses more because it is a lot easier to trip with them, and easier to get things accomplished. In my limited experience with women it seems that women have some internal thing that allows them to talk to each other and pretty much know what they want out of something whereas a male boss wouldn't care so much as long as the job got done. Guess i'm just lazy
