It's one thing to say that it is helpful that a particular forum was available for info and that she was able to meet people that way--something I still wouldn't suggest aspirants to do since I think aspirants shouldn't come to GLO message boards anyway. However, it's another thing to credit a forum with your membership and say that you wouldn't have been an XYZ had it not been for the forum. Maybe it wasn't the actual forum at all but the knowledge, that you may've found elsewhere if you knew how/where to look, and your ability to reach out to members.
