Navane's list was very similar to Tom's, except with better spelling and grammar and fewer one-word replies.

Yes I know. Tom's list was pointless and politically motivated. Navane's was not. While it's nice for informational purposes I agree it's too easily abused.

So you would maintain that anything you do not see does not exist? You trust only your own eyes? Your lack of knowledge has no effect on the reality of a thing.

While I think that there is always going to be abuse of the forums, removing the list helps to alleviate this.

That's because they were deleted, locked, edited, or moved to the mods' corner. I can think of at least one poster who came on here and said that she wanted to AI into QRS because they seemed to be the easiest to get into according to the roll call.

I don't think one poster constitutes suddenly a rampant problem. One poster out of thousands of members on GC? Hmmm...it's a wonder the Nationals haven't had to hire extra temps to handle the floods of calls.

They don't have to post. It's already been established that this forum shows up on a google search. These forums are public and anyone can see.

Inappropriate posts getting deleted or modded away? That's not that unusual.

THat's like saying all of the spam posts getting deleted is too convenient.

No, not mysteriously deleted and not ONE person. They (multiple threads) turn into trainwrecks (similar to this) and then end up getting deleted.

Inappropriate posts (which that would be) are NOT "mysteriously deleted"...they are purposely deleted. We don't need to keep proof around that there are batshit crazy people seeking AI to show those of you who are new and think you're entitled to it.

I gave you one example. Recently (as in after you already joined GC) there was another instance in which a poster from NPC sorority said that GC makes it seem like AI is very common and easy in TUV.

Many posts and threads on GreekChat are deleted, modified, and/or moved on a regular basis. If you cannot find a specific post or thread it does not mean that it did not exist at one point in the past.
