Seriously. You'd also have to show that it hurt someone's actual reputation. While this woman seemed to be a little crazy herself by suing someone who couldn't afford to pay and was displaced by Katrina (oh no she's going to sue me now) there were grounds that her business had been hurt.

If you don't want to let your online life affect your real life, don't provide enough information for it to do so.

"WAH they found out my name through my myspace profile that says where I live and what schools I go to etc." is right up there with "WAH McDonald's shoved Big Macs down my throat and now I way 300 pounds" and "WAAAH I started smoking cigarettes way after everyone knew they were addictive but they made me!"
