I don't think they DQ'd him b/c it's too obvious. But, I agree that even if they did DQ him, they probably still let him show his clothes b/c that would have spoiled it. I think Tim's going to say something like, "Unfortunately, we can't prove you didn't cheat." like someone said previously.

Tim Gunn is nice. He doesn't seem like the type to say "unfortunately we can't prove anything, so you're still in." I have a feeling that Jeffrey may have been disqualified.
