Any news on if they are recasting Phillip?

Ugh Shawn is driving me nuts. More the writers are driving me nuts with how they are writing Shawn, Hope & Bo.

So get this, Bo is now suddenly the father of Hope's baby. Apparently, Patrick paid for the test to say he was the dad. I would love to know when Bo & Hope slept together to concieve this child? But then again they (the writers) decided to knock Belle up like 7 months after the character had on screen sex and then have her give birth 3 months later, so only in soap operas

But I thought Hope just assumed it was Patrick based on what she was told the date of conception?

Kyle Brandt (Philip) had his last tape date on September 20th, which will have him last airing October 12th. TVGuide.com is reporting that Philip will be recast. Martha Madison (Belle) also posted on her webboard that a new Philip would be coming soon.

Thanks! I'm happy that they are recasting Philip. I hope they recast Mimi as well. (Farah leaves in February I believe).

I just wish the writers would have Belle grow up. She is acting like such a child. But then again she doesn't have the best role models at keeping marriage vows sacred.

Wow, I'm watching this right now, and Carrie is just saying everything right. Going off on Sami and Lexie like that - she's my new hero.

They never give Carrie any balls until she is about to leave the show.

I am happy to see her leave, along with Austin, Phillip, old Shawn, Jack, Jennifer, Frankie, and whoever else.

I ALSO firmly believe that everyone that was killed during the Marlena killer days should have remained dead and Marlena shoulda been Samantha and the REAL Marlena should have been dead ever since the Salem Slasher days.
