I think this year the girls at the chapter I advise had a friend or an older sister of one of the members do the video (they did it on DVD). You can ask other chapters on your campus to see where they have theirs done, or check in the yellow pages under Video Production Service.
I saw you got some good suggestions in the other thread you started, but I have one that's Kappa-specific. One of the alums from my chapter wrote a song she used to sing for pref. It's a beautiful song, and definitely no one else would have it. PM me and I can give you more details.
