Basically: the Chief is living in his office. Hypocritically, when he discovers Callie's been living in the basement, he kicks her out. Meredith's underwear ends up on a bulletin board at the hospital, and when Bailey freaks, Callie claims it as her own to save Meredith the chewing-out. George thinks she's sleeping around, and becomes jealous. Izzie bakes a fuckload of muffins. Bailey has A Moment with the parent of a patient, and then goes to apologise to Izzie and ask that she come back to work. Emmett from QAF:US has a brain tumour that leaves him with no internal monologue. Burke's parents show up, and his mother gives great affront (and massive insecurity) to Cristina. Alex has sex with a patient. Meredith agonises over choosing between Chris O'Donnell and Derek, then flips a coin and decides to date them both. Addison gets really really drunk and has sex with McSteamy, which makes Derek write her off in a scene that made me hate him EVEN MORE THAN I ALREADY DID.
