Absolutely Alpha Gam!
If we (women) took a look at NPC guidelines it would tell us about little sister organizations and little sister programs. It tells us that they do not condone them. Now, I do understand how many fraternities, especially TKE have special women who do things for them and they'd like to show them appropriate appreciation. I know so many Tekes and they do show appreciation. Mine did just as your by lavaliering me when we were in college.
I think the greatest way to appreciate all of us wonderful women is to just do sweet things like you always do. Don't worry men, we see and appreciate those things as well.
