Good point, I didn't pay attention to the time frame. It was the OP's mistake in not going through her credit card company to begin with. That's part of the reason to use a credit card- for the protection it can offer you.

I do have to admit to being wary of someone who joins GC and makes a single post badmouthing a greek online company. May be legit, but may also be a competitor looking to stir up trouble.

I'm wary, too -- but I did a quick BBB search and found this report, showing that they have an "unsatisfactory" BBB record. Interesting -- I wonder what's up with them.

I'm legit, guys. I was buying sorority stuff for my daughter. The protection covered by my credit card is only if I purchased it within my state or within 100 miles of home. We had to pay the bill even without getting the merchandise. As of right now, we're out of luck. Thanks for your thoughts!!

I just find this very odd. Katy is a friend of mine as well as a ZTA sister. I've alerted her to your post and I expect she'll be in touch with you soon unless, as someone has mentioned, there is some sort of emergency.
