That's definitely what it sounds like... although the way you stated it is a teensy bit more tactful than "she's white trash with money"
Even in a hypothetical world if she was snobby or whatever, I don't think that gives anyone the right to say "let's not accept her, she's just white trash with money."
I actually saw the Toby Keith interview (happened on some late night show last week) where he went into the story of how his album got it's name. Apparently the mother was appalled that he actually named his album that, but like he said "I know an album name when I see one!"
