Oh yes, I know better, to NEVER say no to a guest, always explain why they are waiting (though it always do not help), and the most important NEVER EVER use wit, sarcasm, or humor towards a guest!
I mean, unless you want to find another job.

I don't mind humor, but sarcasm or rudeness I don't find acceptable. And honey, watch the grammar! I know I can be a stickler, but "though it always do not help" nearly drove me over the edge. My boyfriend says I put him through grammar boot camp, but it's a pet peeve of mine!
