When Ted let b**** roll off his tongue really easily, I was taken aback initially, but again, a lot of folks were thinking it. I can't be mad because he was operating in truth. Well, his version of the what he was truly thinking. He was ticked off at her lack of commitment and effort, and that was what he had to say. I don't think the race part is important, even if he's married to a white woman.
@ FeeFee: Look carefully because they put that part of the show in captions.

I missed it again b/c I was watching the Spike Lee documentary on Hurricane Katrina (I missed Acts 1 and 2 last week). You know VH1 will rebroadcast this weekend, lol.
I did see enough of the show to realize that Ted was just speaking from the heart and what others were probably thinking. Angie did give off way too many excuses during her weigh-in. Like Ted said, they signed up for the show to lose weight.

Just wondering- why do you feel that way? I have yet to see an indication of that kind of thinking on Ted's part. IMO he called Angie a bitch because, quite frankly, she was acting like one. A big whiny one at that.

Trust I don't condone anyone a b*tch, but damn it, Angie was a straight mess. I'm sorry for real she really needs to get it together and stop with all the damn excuses. I agree with pinkies up if big Bone can get out there and do all kinds of things and put all kinds of energy into the tasks at hand, then Angie needs to as well. i mean Bone is the largest of them out there, and he has yet to say that he wasn't going to do one of the challenges, or worse yet talk about quitting. Even when they were on the hike and he was feeling winded (which was probably because of the high altitude) he said that he wasn't feeling himself, but he pushed on.
ETA: There is no way in hell that I would have wanted Angie to be the captain of the team...she can't even motivate herself to do anything, let alone a team member. Seriously, can you see yourself actually listening to her when she isn't doing anything herself.

I didn't want to go off on this "race card" tangent, and I know this is a high stakes competition with the huge money and prizes but I just don't condone the cavalier use of that word used in ANY scenario. he, at least, tried to help her in the end, so......
rant over.
