Yup I can't wait to see part 2 of CFC as well. rho4life you are very correct, you do have to be mentally prepared to loose weight, and like you said if she wasn't ready, then she shouldn't have signed up for the show.
I still can't believe that she smoked a ciggy before going on the hike. She really has such bad habits and no self control. I really hope that she gets it together and gets herself healthy and yes loose some weight and learn to keep it off. Then what she needs to do is get that chunky son of hers eating healthy and exercising too. It's obvious that he has bad habits just like his mom...and now his dad....he he he.
