Wow, they have virtual tours now?

I started my LJ July 2002 and back then you still needed the invite code or a paid account to join. Free accounts only gave you 3 icons to choose from and a very limited selection of layouts.

Now they have sponsored accounts where, if you don't mind that ad thing on your page, you get more icons and layouts to use without having to pay a cent!

Whenever I get bored, the nerd in me likes to play around with customizing layouts.

And don't even get me started on the communities. There this one community on LJ (that shall remain nameless) filled with a whole crapload of snarky bitches and at times I find that they're even more entertaining than GC!

I need a new layout. My layout sucks but I can't seem to find one I like. I'm part of the freelayouts community but still don't see one that I really want.

Try premade_ljs -- Tasha makes really pretty ones. So far she's on a roll!

The freelayouts community is ok (that's where I got my current one, and boy was it hard to do!), but not as easy to navigate like premade_ljs. Tasha's the only one who does the layouts there, unlike freelayouts where Carrie's got 293402398420394 guys submitting their stuff.

Thanks! I just got a new pretty handbag layout from Tasha. I love it though I'm still holding out for a Xena layout.

I just changed my layout to reflect October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Very very pink!
