Kappa Mom's Daughter is looking for her home

Well... I have a very happy daughter! She received a bid from her number 1 house, Vincent!! So, without further ado, my beautiful daughter is now a member of.....

DELTA ZETA!!!

She was afraid that she would disappoint me by not choosing Kappa (which was Michael), but I truly wanted her to go where she was the most comfortable. And she LOVES Delta Zeta!!! I am so thrilled for her!!

For those of you who are curious, the following is the list of the houses:

I am soooo excited...of course she loved Vincent who couldn't love Pi Alpha....can you pm me her address... I would love to send her a welcome note...I was a founding sister!! YAY a UF DZ...it doesn't get any better than this!!

I can't wait to send her a big bunch of pink roses from me and her father. I know how proud he is right now. Even my son is thrilled for her.

So, how do you think my Key will look with a DZ mom pin next to it?

Congratulations to your new DZ daughter and you too! My daughter just went DZ at the University of Alabama last week.

For anyone out there who may have noticed, I re-registered with the new name "BamaDad DZ" (the old BamaDad, remember?). Same daughter, same DZ chapter, just a different name to recognize my daughter's new DZ status.....

Kappa Mom, from what I've seen, DZ is a top notch organization. The actives and alumnae graciously welcomed our daughter Kristen (and family) into the sororityimmediately upon Kristen's receipt of her bid. All the greeks have been supportive, not just DZ. If the UF chapter is anything like the Bama chapter, your daughter will love it! Something about turtles.....

I once asked someone from our EO if I could do something nontraditional with my pin, and they told me that, when one gets to a certain age, rules can get much, much looser. I think a DZ Mother's pin is a tribute, and will look just lovely next to your key!
