You can find Monolos at department stores like Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman.
Online, you can find them at a discount at Bluefly.com
Some people don't like them as they often come with stilletto heels. While they're pretty, sexy, and very delicate.. they hurt. But they're very cute if you can put up with the pain.
Louis Vuitton can be found at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, and at Louis Vuitton boutiques. Online, there are only two LV authorized websites which you know are not knockoffs-- Eluxury.com and Louisvuitton.com. Dont do knockoffs!

I've seen a couple of flats from Manolo Blahnik, including suede flip flops in all different colors. I never understood what would prompt someone to pay $450 for a pair of flip flops.
