I'm pretty sure he was saying that the black guy got kicked out of a bar (I'm presuming mostly white) and then proceeding to shoot the couple. Basically, I think his point was that when you mix very different cultures, sometimes messed up things happen. I'm pretty sure there are a couple examples of when minorities have not been admitted to fraternity parties and then have gotten violent. I could be wrong, this is just how it appears to me...
