I'm a Floridian and I'd like to know as well.
I went to UCF's installation in 1984. I'd be so upset if one of our Florida chapters is going through a rough patch.
We're sort of like California in that DG is just great across the board. If we need all hands on deck - pun intended - please let us know!

Struggling recruitment!
I have to begin with saying I live for recruitment, but this year was quite the struggle. Morehead State started out with 212 pnms and by pref it dropped to 89. Big jump I know. Delta Omicron is a very strong chapter at MSU and we are very proud of it but it seemed this year was just a little more difficult. Not to mention we are in the process if getting a new Greek Advisor and the current one (who was still with us through recruitment) pretty much just didn't care. So dirty rushing was going on, we weren't receiving updated lists....before Pref voting we didn't an updated list...there were still 212 girls we had to go through, even though there were only 89 girls still participating. But we didn't know who had dropped and who hadn't. So we invited back 45 girls, which 7 of those had dropped. We were really nervous, because we really didn't know what was going to happen or who was going to show up for our Pref party. But amazingly enough, we had 31 girls show up and we got 15 amazing new DGs. Quota was 15 and we don't do quota additions here. So to make a long story short....even though it was rough...we did amazing and now have 15 new and awesome DGs!!!!!

Ole Miss
I'm new to GC. I'm a sophomore Alpha Psi DG (Ole Miss, just in case you don't know  ). I love our chapter here, and it's making me so excited to see how great all the other chapters are doing. Our rush is in October, obviously. This year, at least 1,000 girls are signed up for rush...that means our quota will be more than 90 probably! Isn't it crazy?
