Hilarity
The Morning Show with Steve Harvey is like a cup of coffee for me. From the strawberry letters to the Monkey down skit, I laugh fOR a good hour before I get to work or school. The skit mocking run away slaves had me laughing and spewing out my OJ.

I've heard the show a few mornings on the way to work. I'm one of those people that changes stations. I hate commercials and they seem long when you want to listen to a particular discussion. What I've heard on the show is OK. I'm not kicking it to the curb just yet. We'll see how it goes.

awww! I missed that skit.
They are hilarious! I kind of feel sorry for that butterfly guy but he's waaay too gullible and too sensitive. I hope they show his audition on American Idol.

My favorite time to listen is 6:30 - 8:30 after Strawberry Letter is done.

It comes on just after 8:00 EST. Listeners e-mail Steve and Jacque about a situation/problem that they are dealing with. Jacque gives real advice in a tender way. Steve gives real advice his way -- comical and REAL, depending on the situation and if it is a kid, he leaves out the comedy.

is jackie on vacation?
I don't faithfully listen, but I did notice last week that Jackie Reed wasn't on - I thought I heard she was on vacation,(i don't get to turn on til the 2nd hr) but this morning I still heard the other woman - I'm not wedded to anyone - just curious.

What's the name of the lady that is filling in for Jackie? I love this show, I listen to it online because it doesnt play here in Bloomington.
