I can't see the pic (just see a red "x") but I think I have an idea of what the shoes probably look like. My ex-roommate once showed me a pic she found online of shoes that had such a tall, steep heel that the woman's foot is almost on pointe. It is a fetish thing, but I don't think it's so much a foot fetish as a bondage fetish (binding the woman's feet so that she can't even walk).
