And to other posters who talked about racism still existing,yes it does but it does not prevent black people from achieving,we can succeed despite the racism and should focus on that instead of trying to eradicate all forms of racism (i know i'm getting off topic).Black people have succeeded in the past in the face of more overt and dangerous racism so there is no reason black people today cant.
