What city to avoid why?

Cities I could never live in:

- Detroit
- Memphis- same reasons as Detroit from what I hear
- Baltimore
- Miami- well, pretty much anywhere south of Tampa, but Miami is the quintessential example
- LA
- St. Louis- bad association, never actually been there
- Any places that is either too conservative or too liberal. I'm a moderate.
