ADPhi Tactics
i heard of an interesting tactic used by an ADPhi chapter... the university tried to force them to sell the house to the university. i think the reasoning had to do with traffic in proximity to university property. not too sure about the details but i guess they threatened to sell the property to mobil to build a gas station on the corner and the whole thing blew over. thought it was funny...
