I agree with you that Halle needs so therapy. (Shopping doesn't count, Halle). She beautiful and all, but sistagirl needs some advice when it comes to latching on to all these men. First, BE HAPPY WITH YOURSELF. That's it. If you can do that, then everything else will fall into place.
Is Kelly Rowland from DC PREGNANT??!!! By WHO?? Could it be Mike Tyson -you know they are getting really "cozy", her ex-fiance, or NELLY???
By the way Nelly, are you a rapper or a singer. Make up yo' dayum mind. I'm just glad whatever that was you were covering up with that dirty azz band-aid cleared up so you won't have to wear it anymore.
Oh, and WTH is that video with him and Janet??!! I don't get it. Are they in China or what. However, Miss Jackson "if you're nasty" looks great. I don't know if I believe her diet secrets, but I didn't see a lipo scar. Anyway, I can't hate, but I do want to participate. Ima see if I can get the number to her "trainer".

Just-hired Nona Gaye out at 'L&O: CI'
Monday, July 31, 2006; Posted: 9:29 a.m. EDT (13:29 GMT)
LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- Actress Nona Gaye has left the cast of NBC's "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" shortly after she signed on to play the new assistant district attorney. Sources cited creative differences for Gaye's hasty exit, which occurred soon after production began on the crime drama's sixth season.
Gaye, the daughter of late soul icon Marvin Gaye, was quickly replaced by Theresa Randle, whose first day on the set is expected to be Tuesday. Her deal covers just three episodes, with an option to continue on the show as a regular.

I like the idea of having to go to some place like Planned Parenthood to get it. At least this way, it would not be as easy as popping over to the drug store and it may help those who were not going to be as careful to be careful b/c otherwise they will have to be at least slightly embarrased when going to PP. With over the counter, it's like there is absolutely no one to face if you are irresponsible. The other thing that I think is fine about leaving it at PP is that they can't prevent you from getting it no matter how many times you go (I don't think) and they can't jack up the price and you still have plenty of time to go and get it afterwards.
I definitely think it's a positive development however, as condoms do break.
How is this different from the morning after pill?

Right now you can request Plan B on Planed Parenthood's website, and they will just call it in for you at the drug store. They do, however, restrict how frequently the pill is issued. I thought Plan B = Morning After Pill = Emergency Contraception.

I don't like the idea of this.... Though I really think that it is great that it would be readily available, this will give people the EXCUSE to have unprotected sex, then run to Walgreens for the pill. Hopefully the side effects will be significant enough that a woman wouldn't want to repeatedly use it.

I had a roommate who took Plan B while we were in school. She was sick as a horse for three days, and had horrible cramping for about a week. This is NOT an excuse to run out and have unprotected sex, definitely.

That's what they need to advertise to women. We all know that some people use abortion as a form of birth control. I know that pill will make them think twice. I remember when I was on the pill and missed one, I would be screwed up when I had to take two at a time. Therefore, I KNOW that a pill which amounts to taking multiple BC pills will have someone jacked up!

That was my immediate reaction too, but I'm wondering if the price automatically goes down when a drug becomes over-the-counter? Last I heard that pill was $40, so people might think twice about having $40 sex.

$40 amounts to a hill of kidney beans when you think about having to raise a baby for the next x amount of years....

True, I just mean that people might figure that if they're going to the drugstore anyway they might as well go beforehand and buy condoms for much less. But of course common sense isn't always a given.
