I know, but find me a year in which there were no alcohol problems with fraternities nation-wide. If there's one problem anywhere, it becomes a concern for all of us, if not by our own interests, then definately by the influence of nationals.

Think of it as "Not a sermon, just a thought" (Too geographically limited?)
