I used to watch it all the time. But, I stopped once BET moved it from 12 to like 1 or 2 in the morning. That was too late for me. I never understood how they could have a show called "Midnight" Love that comes on at two in the morning
.
But, I do listen to the Quiet Storm on the radio. My sister always listened to it before bed when she was younger. I used to sleep in her bed all of the time and it rubbed off on me. No matter where I am, I find the radio station with the best Quiet Storm and put it on so that I can sleep.
