Ok seriously--To loosen jeans, just try wearing them around the house and stretch up and down in the them-- usually after a few minutes they stretch back out! I've also read that you don't want to wash your jeans frequently-- you could also try dry cleaning instead of washing and drying in the dryer.
Part of the fun of the denim is the feel they take on. I even had a pair of 575s that were designed to be sold as clean and recommended that you rub your hands on the jeans after you eat greasy food or ever have dirt on it. But if you do wash them, you're supposed to turn it inside out so the color doesn't mess up.

Anyway, just lose some weight and wear them and sleep in them and repent.
