Fall 2006 will mark the return of Sigma Pi Fraternity to the Ohio State University, as the Executive Office will be seeking to re-establish Gamma Chapter (the third chapter to be installed in the Fraternity’s history) after being dormant for an 11-year absence.
After enjoying nearly 90 years of existence, both the Executive Office Headquarters and Gamma Chapter alumni are very enthusiastic about re-establishing Sigma Pi at OSU. This spring, Assistant Executive Director Jonathan Frost presented to the Inter-fraternity Council, which later approved Sigma Pi for expansion for the fall 0f 2006. In November Sigma Pi’s Expansion Staff will be on campus recruiting . . .
